Typical local stone house in sight, located in one of the most peaceful and suggestive alleys of the ancient village of Polignano a Mare. The house, equipped with every comfort, can accommodate 4 people in the warmth of its refined and refined environments.
“To start, the apartment is in a perfect location, within the historic center but in a private and quiet alley. A typical house in Polignano that is spread over several levels and has everything you need on vacation! (The private terrace perfect for breakfast is also very nice). Finally Francesco is a fantastic, dynamic and helpful person who has welcomed us since arrival and has given us all the advice that only those who really live the city know. Stay more than appreciated, we will definitely be back!”

“We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful apartment, located in an unbeatable location. The strong point is certainly the beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers and a beautiful stone table on which to dine with the best view of all Polignano. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and with attention to even the smallest details: in addition to being in a splendid period setting, it is furnished with care and with great taste. At home there is an abundance of everything you might need, from coffee pods to toiletry items, excellent towels and bed linen. Mario even let us find a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. What particularly struck us is the fact that in every room you can feel the life and history of this house. I think it is the best apartment we have ever stayed in with Airbnb and we don't see time to go back to Mario's home in Polignano for another holiday”

“We have just come back from a week’s holiday in Polignano a Mare and we would highly recommend the apartment, the location and the area. Nico and Giuseppe were great hosts, prompt and easy to communicate with, they arranged our airport transfer and met us when we arrived late at night and welcomed us to the apartment. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the old town’s best bars, restaurants and squares and also from the famous beach. It was such a pleasure to be able to step out and be where we wanted to be so quickly but despite its central location, the apartment inside was enjoyably cool and quiet. The lovely roof top terrace was an extra bonus. Great for breakfast in the sun or some star gazing at night. We hired a moped from Samétour to explore the area; the local towns and beaches and were really happy that we did. It was a fun and easy way to travel around and we would highly recommend Samétour for their general help and tourist information. We stored our cases there on the last day too as we had a late flight back. Polignano is busy with tourists but doesn’t feel too touristy. We loved it and all the lovely old streets and great restaurants. We also visited Capitolo and the sandy beach there, Monopoli, Ostuni and Alberobello as various other little beaches along the coastline. Each place was beautiful in its own way but we especially loved Ostuni, The White City. We definitely came away wishing we had more time to explore and would love to return to Nico and Giuseppe’s apartment.”
