Modern comfort with all the culture, set in the grounds of our 500 year old house. Countryside walks that inspired Rex whistlers landscape paintings, he lived in the renowned Bolbec House here in Whitchurch with his family from 1933. Close by are remains of the motte and bailey Bolbec Castle, the castle stones are thought to have been used to build our delightful home.

The spacious flat is in a rural location with convenient transport links to M1, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard ( mainline station to London Euston) and Aylesbury. Leighton Buzzard is a busy market town 2 miles away with numerous amenities. Please note that this property is accessed only via a flight of stairs.

This stylish oak barn sits within the grounds of a family home. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Weedon, a stone's throw from the delightful pub (recently awarded top 100 gastro pubs in the UK). Set in the rolling hills of Buckinghamshire it is the perfect place to relax for a weekend with access to the Chilterns for lovely walks and cycle rides. There is also Waddesdon Manor, Woburn, Bletchley Park, Stowe and Bicester Village nearby and 40 minutes drive from Silverstone.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

THE OLD SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

Self-contained Luxury Studio close to Tring

Our Studio located in the quiet village of Long Marston, is a bright, clean and comfortable space for one or two people. We are surrounded by some gorgeous countryside, lots of lovely walks from the village. The market town of Tring with its weekly market, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and thriving high street is 3.5 miles away. We are close to the Tring resevoirs, a delight for bird watchers. Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on traffic.

The Coach House, rural location in central Bucks

The Coach House is a large, spacious cottage (2,000 sq ft) with three double bedrooms which has been recently renovated . It is located between the villages of Long Marston and Wingrave in a quiet, rural location. It is close to Tring and the Chiltern Hills and London is easy to get to from Leighton Buzzard station (35 mins to Euston) which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs in the vicinity, varied walks, National Trust properties, Bletchley Park museum and Whipsnade Zoo.

Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.
