It includes a bright mezzanine bedroom, living room with radiant heating and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The cottage is well insulated and air-conditioned. Breakfast on request (surcharge). The wellness area is common to all 7 accommodations and accessible from 8am - 8pm.

Come and spend a few days relaxing in the countryside (hiking, Christmas market, etc.). The accommodation is also ideal if you need easy accommodation for an event in the area (wedding, trade show, exhibition...) At the center of the Terre de Meuse region, in Hesbaye. The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.05 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

With a nod to the fruit region!

You are staying in a new apartment on the first floor of our house. The front door (little used by us) and the hall are communal. The apartment has two bedrooms each with one double bed (160cm), a living space with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower in bath and separate toilet. A baby bed, high baby chair, 1 trip stair chair and a changing table are available. Our washing machine and dryer are available after consultation.

Spoorweghut 'Miners' Accommodation'

Next to the Racour station is the cottage of the piocheurs or railway workers. In the past, railway workers used this "barracks" to store their equipment, to eat their sandwiches or even to sleep. The 3-meter by 3-meter listed building was completely rebuilt in 2015 in wooden timber and masonry. It is now furnished as a comfortable hiker's hut for 2 people. Free bicycles are available to our guests!
