In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Studio allowing 2 people accompanied by a child to stay in a charming place reminiscent of mountain chalets. It offers a sunny balcony in the morning but also a large terrace for more space. The simple kitchen offers the essentials, as for the bedroom it is spacious with its high ceiling, exposed beams and its small living room or extra bed. When it is cool and during the winter a pellet stove offers its flames and a soft warmth.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
