Round house by the beach

Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.

This is a romantic, bright apartment located in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the apartment was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment is on the second floor and consist of two rooms, of well equipped kitchen with dining area and of bedroom with king size bed and modern in room bathroom. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.

The home includes a fenced-in yard with a garden and free parking, as well as a sun and barbecue area. The unit includes a room with TV and air conditioning, a separate bathroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and other kitchen utensils. Guests have access to free WiFi. Pets are welcome.

Renovated Sea view house on island Cres, Merag

Our comfortable apartment is set in a quiet location just 50 meters from the sea. The house was renovated in 2024 and has an air conditioner. From the ground floor, there is an internal staircase leading to the first and second floors, where the bedrooms are located. There are two more apt. in the same house, you can see it in my other listing "Sea view apt. on island Cres" ( 1st. and 2nd floor). From the house you have beautiful sea view.
