My rental experience was exceptional. Janaína is a superb host, reliable, and highly communicative. She is friendly and approachable. The property is secure, featuring two secured building entrances with an intercom system and convenient private parking within a gated area. The building itself is well-maintained, family-oriented, and clean. The location offers proximity to a beautiful beach and numerous amenities, combining a small-town atmosphere with ample activities. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

An excellent location, literally (even) less than 10 steps from the beach, a very good place to rest and recharge, seeing and feeling the smell of the sea straight in the window from inside the apt. Apto is simple but very comfortable and with all the amenities for our stay of days in the feriadão. Highly recommended, thank you Sérgio.

Beautiful place! Wonderful apartment, with a breathtaking view. Identical the photos. Extremely clean, organized. We warned that we would go with a child and Erica provided toys in the apartment. The check in and checkout was super flexible. We'll be back for sure 🥰
