The studio is extremely new. Everything clean, organized, clean. Boa SmartTV, appliances and other kitchen items. The air-conditioning works well and there is a remote-controlled rol-on shutter. All very practical. Luiza was very cordial and responded very quickly. Certainly if I need to return to Criciuma, I already have my place.

I was passing through the city and this Airbnb was extremely comfortable! Condômino has a laundry room and complete leisure spaces. I felt at home, the apartment of extreme good taste and refinement. I had a small issue with check-in but support from the host and condo staff was very quick and timely. A + 10

Impeccable place, comfortable and clean. Great location, close to markets and downtown! Hoston was welcoming and kind, always seeking to serve with agility. Worth the stay!
