Entire block of only 6 units, owned by my parents, a lovely senior italian couple that live upstairs & friendly, long term tenants.

Outdoor area with BBQ allows you to sit and relax while you cook, or take a stroll along the lake. Wifi and Netflix. Please note, our unit is not wheelchair friendly. We live on a steep block, and you will need to take stairs down to the unit. We also have a dog on the property.
