Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.

Luogosanto is 25 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the entire Gallura, such as Porto Cervo, San Teresa di Gallura, Palau and Cannigione. The apartment has a large living area with a panoramic terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner, the kitchen is equipped with all amenities, there are also two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed that can become a comfortable double bed.
