On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher's face, shops, etc. The apartment is close to the centre of Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the main hospital of the city. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

It is a very quiet and pleasant place, a family environment, for people who want to enjoy a comfortable rustic environment. The Suite has 50m² , features a hot tub, TV, Queen Size bed, sofa bed, microwave, table and minibar. Breakfast is served in the kitchen of hostess Maria and is included in the daily rate.
