Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

La Maison Cavendish is a beautiful early 19th century manor house close to the pretty town of Argenton-sur-Creuse. The rooms are bright and spacious with high ceilings and traditional character and charm. It overlooks the swimming pool set in over an acre of garden made private by mature trees and large shrubs. The open kitchen and triple aspect dining area is made for family parties and evenings with friends. There are many options for eating, activities and taking in the sights nearby.

'The Studio'

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)
