Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Internet, Wifi and Smart TV, but also great park and ocean views. Full sized kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The guest space is a private part of our house with separate entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the adjoining room. Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided.
