The stay was great, the apartment is clean and has everything that is needed for a passage through Brasilia. A strong point is the convenience that is available in the condominium, it made it much easier because I spent the day at an event and I was able to eat the evening meals in the apartment. I recommend it!

Everything was great. It was neatly clean, spacious and very cool and ventilated apartment. The villas Nice to sit on the balcony for breakfast with a free view. The gatekeepers were very receptive. The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). Excellent condominium, family environment and full of attractions such as indoor and outdoor playground, courts and swimming pool. Well wooded and well-kept gardens. Access although very secure is quite agile and easy. The apartment is impeccable, both in cleaning and in functionality and comfort. The electronic lock makes it easy to check in and check out. The surroundings of the condominium are not very inviting, but it is very close to the south piston, the Catholic University and Águas Claras. Who goes by car must request the registration of the vehicle by 5:00 pm on the day of check in, as we booked after this time for the same day we were unable to enter the vehicle in the condominium. Ordinarily people book more in advance, but if the case is the same as our tip. Despite this, we consider it an excellent choice, we were extremely satisfied, both myself and my wife, and our 3-year-old daughters and the 10-month-old.

A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

André has always been very helpful in serving us. The Condominium is super complete with leisure area and we were able to use the pool with the children on a day that was very hot. The apartment is very cozy, there are many items in the kitchen where you can have all the meals you want. The washer and dryer helped us a lot in the washing of our young children's clothes during the stay. Clean, organized, complete and gives quiet for a long stay! We'll definitely be back!

Wanderson was a great host! Super attentive and available throughout our stay, always ready to help with what was necessary and made us very comfortable. We had no problem, everything went perfectly.
