En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: En medio del casco histórico de Cuenca, a 300metros de la plaza mayor, 400 de las casas colgadas, consta de habitacion con cama de matrimonio, otra con dos camas individuales y sofá-cama de 1,40. Cocina equipada, salon comedor y baño. A 20 metros hay parking con oferta por estar alojados con nosotros. Se obsequia por parte de la casa con un pequeño desayuno y toda la ayuda que necesiten para que su estancia sea lo mas agradable posible.

Se encuentra en una situación ideal, muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor, las Casas Colgadas y el Puente de San Pablo, de la zona de tapeo y ocio de la ciudad y de rutas senderistas. En Semana Santa se puede disfrutar plenamente de las procesiones desde su balcón. Dispone de licencia de vivienda turística para cuatro personas (cama de matrimonio y sofá-cama de 1,40m) pero es ideal para una pareja.

Apartamento situado a caballo entre comienzo del casco antiguo y centro ciudad. Ideal para visitar Cuenca a pie. Al lado de la UIMP y del conservatorio de música. Próximo a zonas de ocio, tapeo... Parking de pago a 200 metros y zona de aparcamiento gratuita a 600 metros. Muy luminoso. Tanto el salón como las habitaciones disponen de balcón a calle peatonal. Es un primer piso sin ascensor con dos pequeños tramos de escaleras.
