We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Our stay at Tibo’s place was nothing short of sensational. The location is prime, right in the heart of Grand Case with a beautiful beach mere steps out your front door and countless bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The location boasts a private onsite parking space which is worth its weight in gold, given that parking can be scarce in the neighborhood. The apartment was a perfect launching spot for exploring different beaches and areas of the island. We met friends in Philipsburg one evening, and even that is only a 30 minute drive. Tibo was responsive, professional, and friendly. He accommodated an early check in and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this spot for any and all travelers.

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Debbie was the best host!! and she offered the perfect place for us to feel right at home! perfect accomodations with little "extras" scattered throughout... such as snacks and drinks and extra toiletries. we had the best time and will definitely be staying at Debbie's again!

Jayne provided exceptional hospitality, exceeding our expectations. The accommodations were pleasing and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was within walking distance of the beach and had many restaurants nearby. Jayne’s prompt and efficient response to our inquiries was truly remarkable. She effectively addressed any challenges we encountered, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. On our initial night, an air conditioning malfunction occurred. Despite the inconvenience, Jayne promptly offered alternative solutions and promptly refunded our first night’s stay. She arranged for the necessary repairs to be completed the following day. Jayne’s exceptional hospitality extended beyond her professional responsibilities. She even left us a bottle of wine! Her genuine care and concern for her guests make her an outstanding host. I highly recommend staying with Jayne, as she offers an exceptional guest experience.

Villa Flamingo was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. It was roomy, clean, extremely well appointed and Christine was a dream to communicate with. Alexandre was also very helpful and stopped in upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay. Everything we needed for our stay was there, including items we didn't expect, such as beach accessories and snorkels! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and some helpful basics such as salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The location is perfect since we had a view of the ocean, which was a two minute walk, and the Orient Bay courtyard with its restaurants and shops meant we never needed to use our car! It was nice to have real people nearby as we had quick answers to real-time questions. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere but in their properties.

Sabrina was a super host. Very welcoming and available, impeccable apartment, private beach and beautiful pool corresponding to the description. Superb bedding, apartment prettier than in the photos. I will be sure to call on Sabrina the day I return to Saint Martin.

Rose is a great host, responsive, and always attentive , the apartment is just beautiful with a great view , long more beautiful in real life than in the photos ,super well placed if you go on both sides of the island , nearby shop on foot , it was a huge pleasure to stay and I will go back again and again

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

This spot was the absolute best! We loved the peacefulness, serenity, and beautiful views. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The best part was the ability to kayak over to Pinel Island. We traveled with our kids who also enjoyed the activity before enjoying the beach at Pinel. We rented a car and drove to dinner a few nights during our stay over to Orient Bay. We were very close to the Anse Marcel Marina where we did a boat trip. The house was close by to a grocery store and the kitchen and grill made it easy to enjoy a few meals at home. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. They provided many recommendations with various vendors or amenities. It was truly an amazing vacation and would recommend this place to others!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Beautiful villa in Paradise. We felt like we were on top of the world in this home, with the most stunning views of Orient Bay and the surrounding islands and mountains. The villa itself is beautiful, just as in the photos, and the outdoor deck and pool area were spacious, with plenty of seating and lounges. We could choose to sit in the sun or stay in the shaded pergola. When we were at the house, we were always outside. The location is great. Walkable to the beach and shops and great restaurants, as long as one can walk the hill to the house. Our host, Olivier, was very responsive and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues, and he responded immediately to fix them. We would hope to return to this wonderful villa in the future!

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

La Vue was the perfect location for our week long vacation for five of us. We fell in love with Indigo Bay! The house was perfect and Justyna reached out to make sure we were happy and sought out our feedback to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a bouquet of balloons for my Husband’s Birthday waiting in the living room plus a bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks! Waking up every morning to that view is something we will miss. We would open up the windows all the way and felt the beautiful breezes each morning. We cooked at home multiple times and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. We also had a private chef, Maxim who came in with his assistant Emile. They were so nice and the food was almost too pretty to eat, almost! We also went to the Indigo Bay Beach Restaurant multiple times. The food and service were amazing! It was perfect and we will be back! Thank you Justyna for sharing your beautiful home!

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

My husband and I just returned from a two month stay in Unit 4. It is a studio however it is very large and very well equipped with everything needed to have a most enjoyable time on Simpson Bay. We chose not to rent a vehicle because grocery stores, restaurants and other entrainment are all within easy walking distance plus the beach is just steps away. The roof top area has lounge chairs and a table - a lovely spot to have some quiet time as you admire views of the bay or the open ocean. The laundry room is an added bonus and it’s there that you will find beach chairs and umbrellas. Installing a generator would be an added benefit, especially when the winds are calm however solar powered fans with electronic ports are available to keep the units comfortable and your phone charged during a power outage. We recommend the Pearl by the Beach to everyone looking for an economical and centrally located place to vacation on St. Maarten.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Yulia’s SeaBreeze villa in Indigo Bay! The property was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with absolutely stunning ocean views. Yulia was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and full of helpful local recommendations. The location in Indigo Bay was peaceful and secure, yet conveniently close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. The only minor downside was the distance to the shared trash disposal area, which was a bit inconvenient—but that’s more about the community setup and not within the host’s control. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this villa and Yulia’s excellent hospitality!
