Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cul-de-Sac

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Ruim huis met alles wat we nodig hadden. Er was een klein probleempje met het toilet wat onmiddellijk werd opgelost. Op loopafstand veel barretjes en restaurants zodat je ‘s avonds niet meer met de auto weg hoefde. Het huis ligt centraal op het eiland zodat je makkelijk alle prachtige stranden kan ontdekken. Wij zijn al vaker op Anguilla geweest en het voelde weer als thuis komen. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad!

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind, with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to nearby spots. The home itself was well-equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful touches that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Clean and convenient location with close proximity to the beach and airport. Both kids and adults loved watching the planes take off and land. Easy to check in and out. Parking available inside the gate. The rooms were air condition and worked perfectly and a fan available outside the rooms. Isla was a great host, very pleasant and communication on point. We will definitely come again. 😊

Wow! All expectations were met! My family of nine booked both the Beach House and the Upper deck. It was plenty big enough. We were pleasantly surprised that this home has the PERFECt sunset location. Pool(9 was nicely sized. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds and linens are comfortable. Location is great, it's between everything but not in the mix of hectic busy areas. I would encourage all to explore Pinel Island and Marigot, both easy drives. Phillip, the house manager, is an EXCELLENT chef. We hired him to prepare our Christmas dinner, and we will remember this meal for a lifetime. Truly exceptional in every way. Nine well-traveled 'foodies' will be reminiscing the meal for years.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mariana and Manoj Airbnb!!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Mariana and Manoj were fantastic: responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet enough to relax. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Cependant nous confirmons avoir eu un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée et l’ensemble a été à notre goût. Bravo à l’équipe du Hills. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans soucis!

Me and my partner loved Shameeka’s listing. The place matched the pictures, and the view of the island from the apartment was incredible. Shameeka was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any body and I would definitely book again.

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

The accommodation was perfect—10 out of 10! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s centrally located on the island, so a vehicle is needed, but nothing is too far. The hosts were very responsive, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials to get started. We even tried to extend our stay, but it was fully booked. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Our family of 5 enjoys the convenient location of this home - the view from the extensive covered patio is beautiful! The home has everything you will need to enjoy a stay at the beach. We very much enjoy walking to restaurants for dinner. The washer/dryer allowed us to pack light! I’d highly recommend staying at this property.

Nada's place looks exactly like the pictures. If you are looking for privacy, beautiful surroundings then this is the place for you. Nada and her husband are very friendly. The place has everything we needed for our week. We definitely would stay again. don't hesitate to book this place.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Amazing beachfront condo as exactly described and pictured. The staff at Tranquility Beach could not have been more gracious and accomodating. Sam and DeSean were super friendly and always offering up delicious homemade popsicles and smoothies. We cannot recommend this listing enough!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen! The lanai and pool were a wonderful addition! We also felt very safe at this location.

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like a beach front condo. Perfect location, amazing space. We had a hiccup at the beginning and it was fixed immediately. They responded right away to any of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. My man and I had this place to ourselves but it’s perfect for 2 couples. Balconies in both rooms and full bathrooms! It’s also in a perfect area very close to Maho plaza but you absolutely need to rent a car. I didn’t want to leave, it’s so beautiful and peaceful! I will definitely come back here for my next trip to Sint Maarten & Anguilla.
