One bedroom basement suite, located in promontory heights. Nice, and peaceful place close hiking, trails, rivers and lakes. Hot tub is exclusively used by our guests. Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

This two bedroom suite is situated at the end of a quiet residential road with easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The nearest waterfall is 100 steps from the property. Elk Mountain trailhead is only 20 minute drive. You will find easy access to any of the Major Food outlets and any other shopping needs you may have. This 384sq" cabin accommodates four people comfortably, there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, living space has a cozy electric fire place and a pull out sofa bed. There is a sitting area on the front porch and a pic nick table. Disconnect from electronics, (no TV, WIFI and cell is spotty) and reconnect with family, friends and nature.

2 bedrooms with queen beds. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). You enter through a private basement suite entrance. You are renting our newly renovated, private basement suite (2 bedrooms with queen beds, family room, full kitchen and bathroom). Please note, our family of 4 and 2 dogs live upstairs. We have various schedules and come and go at different times. You will hear noise from our family.

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with full kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers.
