Lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom lakefront house! Watchic Lake is a perfect family destination for swimming, boating, and fishing. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

This newly built custom home will be rented for the first time this 2024 season! It is incredibly peaceful while still being very convenient. Just steps away from one of the most fun restaurants with a Tiki outdoor bar, fire pits and amazing food! Also down the street from the best little sandwhich/pizza/convenient store on the west side of the lake! The Long Beach neighborhood is one of the most convenient stays on Sebago Lake, and the home is just a 3 minute walk to our sandy beach!

Propane and charcoal barbeques available at cottage. THERE IS NO WIFI.

This property has an inviting beach area and prime location! We are located on Long Lake amongst a small group of cottages. A sandy common area and shallow swimming spot make our rental area ideal for swimmers of any ability. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants, an arcade, & shops. Wintering here is a blast with snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, indoor pool, & local restaurants nearby. We have the best spot for 4th of July firework viewing!

If you're looking for a quiet, cozy get a-way steps from the lake this is the place. Lake is private with no public access so it’s not crowded. Close to everything but far enough away; highway (95), Portland, Sebago Lake Area. Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking at your finger tips. 4 kayaks provided. Big yard, great for games, BBQ or sitting by the fire pit. Listen to the loons from the front deck. Sorry no pets so please don’t ask if you bring one!
