"warranty: we don't accept bookings from groups with people below 25 years old" Villa La Perla is located at the Cumbre del Sol in Moraira. It offers a 100% privacy and a wonderfull place to relax , close to the towns Moraira and Javea. The seaview at the house is amazing. It has a private swimmingpool and pergola and a roofterras with amazing views! Pool-heating during the winter is also possible (20 euro/night) but we need to know that at least 1 week in advance.

Lovely apartment in Moraira with superb views

You will love the sea views from our apartment. The location is ideal if you want to have a quiet holidays but at the same time close to the center (10 minutes walk). The people of the town are very friendly. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children also). There are beautiful beaches in the area, the town is quiet but with all the facilities and it is also very close to many other charming towns and cities that can be visited by car.
