All small shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, cheese shop, pharmacy and a small supermarket! A 15-minute walk away are the first hikes and swimming accesses of Cheran. Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy await you 20 minutes by car.

At an altitude of 650 metres, the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Depending on the season, birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does), can frequently be seen here. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants.
