The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

We loved our stay at Gaby’s place! It was spacious and clean, and the duplex neighbors (Gaby’s parents) were so kind to our kids. We used Homestead as a jumping off point for the Everglades, the Keys, and Biscayne National Park, and were pleased by the tasty local food options and quiet neighborhood. Gaby was a great communicator.

An amazing host, my family loved the stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. We absolutely loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location was wonderful. It was an easy walk to the Institute of Contemporary Art, shops and restaurants. It was an easy 15 minute drive out to the beach, and to the performing arts center downtown. A extra special bonus is the Sacred Vedic Arts museum and cultural center located just across the street from the apartment. Bottom line, we found lots to enjoy, and will definitely stay here again.

we came for the F1 race. good spot located conveniently for the stadium and FL airport. place was exactly as advertised. little complicated to get registered, especially after 5p, but instructions were very clear and allowed us to be prepared. Pete communicates thoroughly and answers any questions. place had everything we needed and then some. even some supplies to take to beach if needed. highly recommend! will definitely come back when in town for Dolphins games.

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer on entry to the site. It's probably easy for young people who drive technology to get in, suddenly seniors can't make it so easy. Example : Internal apartment access board.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Love the place. clean and beautiful

This place is perfect for families. It even has kids cups and plates. There's beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, beach boards, an umbrella, you really don't need to bring anything for the beach. Svetlana was very good in getting back to us, when we had some requests/questions in the beginning. The pool was very nice, it's clean and also the other residents there were nice. It felt very safe because of the gated parking lot and the playground and soccer field right next to the building was a big plus for us as well.
