The bikes are free of charge, so my guests can use them during the stay.

The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

Situated in residential area near beach "Cuvi" and park "Punta Corrente" and walking distance from lot of restaurants and center of town. Additional value of the apartment is the big discount for the boat trip with the boat "STUPICA" which is in our property.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.
