Spacious, clean, and a great place to stay while visiting Garrettsville for a bicycle event! Had fun using the wood burning stove as well.

Desiree was a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The house was super cute, clean and cozy! it was perfect for our weekend getaway to visit The House from a Christmas Story and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Quiet neighborhood!

Pictures didn’t show it justice. The place was the coziest thing ever. My husband and i played games with our girls and relaxed the first night there. Very organized, clean, spotless and perfect! Will stay here again. Only 7 mins from our family.

Jenny’s place felt right at home for me. It was Clean and Comfortable and close to so many things to do and explore. I really enjoyed my Stay there. The bed was great, super comfortable, which really matters after a long day out. Perfect spot. I also really liked the fact it had parking making it so much more convenient. Heather’s place was exactly as described in the listing and she was a spectacular host. She was very responsive to messages and accommodating to us and our three dogs. This was our second stay at Mary's place, we wanted a quiet place in a comfortable neighborhood. Safe parking behind the building, the house is shared but there was no disturbance from other tenants. Large space, full kitchen, though we did not cook our meals there. Would come back again if we needed a two bedroom place to stay in the Cleveland area.

Great value, great location, the building itself is a little dirty and run down but not bad enough that it should deter anyone from staying here. The biggest concern was that from after 10p on Saturday there were a few shady people sort of congregating right at the main door, smoking and clearly intoxicated, and they were obstructing the security screen to enter, which was needlessly stressful as I did need to ask them to please move but still had them hanging over me as I entered the code ... I was then hit up for money in that vulnerable position ... I don't hold this against the host, but I can tell this is a building full of Airbnb properties. I'd hope they'd group together to figure out how to make the property entrance feel more secure. As I was here on my own this trip, no concerns but if I were with my partner, I would have been a bit worried of a confrontation and a little embarrassed. I'd still chance it again however, families should be aware as it was a bit unsavory.

Great stay. Clean, spacious guest suite. View of lovely yard outside. Very friendly and hospitable host (who even went the extra mile to return a lost earring to me!). This place is a short, pleasant walk to one of Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s highlights, the Brandywine Falls. A convenient jumping off point for exploring the National Park as well as nearby Cleveland and Canton attractions. We’d definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Thank you, Wade.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

Stephanie as a host was great from booking. very responsive. House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

Stayed with a group of 12 and we all fit comfortably while having great common spaces. The house is truly unique! A perfect stay for a large group.
