The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Top gastronomy restaurants to the quaint wine bar or the baker are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.
