The interior of the loft is designed from natural materials with peripheral windows that illuminate the space and give a unique aquarium feeling that nature is part of the space. The space is equipped with a pleasant kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, books, a spacious dining area, an orthopedic mattress, a painting corner for work, and more. Within a short walking distance there are walking paths directly to nature and the Israel Trail. The unit is located in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood in the western part of Haifa, right on the Carmel ridge. The neighborhood stands on a ridge topography, with a structure of slopes descending to the sea – giving it a spectacular view that combines sea and mountains. Nearby you will find a commercial center with a supermarket, laundry, and synagogue.
