Bedlinen and towels are included you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bicycles in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Recharge your batteries with relaxing summer days in the sun and beautiful sunsets over the lake from the patio. I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.
