We bought the place a few years ago and totally renovated it into the home it is today. We're a stone's throw from London Fields park, where you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool. On the other side of the park, you'll find Broadway Market beyond that, Shoreditch is within walking distance (30 mins walking from the house).
