Very comfortable and well-equipped house with heated saltwater pool. It is 500 meters from a beautiful and calm beach…a paradise, something between 5 to 7 minutes of very quiet and healthy walking. A charming place, with preserved natural beauty, located next to Jurerê Internacional, great for walking, running, bike rides, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, sports, etc. The house has a fireplace, barbecue, wood stove, pool table… quiet place, for summer or winter.
