You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

This house is located on Daniela's beach with calm and warm waters and is only 2 km from Jurerê Internacional. Daniela has beautiful landscapes with green areas of natural preservation with birds of many species. You'll love my place because of the high ceiling in the living room, heated pool/spa and equipped with a protective fence, ideal for families with children because it has a playground and a high wall. People of all backgrounds will be welcome, including people with special needs.

Beachfront! Beautiful brand new construction in exclusive gated community (only 5 units). Spectacular beach view. Master suite with king size bed, double sink and double shower. High end air conditioning and appliances. Two-car garage. Excellent location in Sto. Indoor and outdoor grill area. Antonio de Lisboa neighborhood, walking distances to great restaurants, easy access to the best beach spots in the island, very quiet at night. Gorgeous home!
