Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the vacation atmosphere and yet also have all the comfort you need. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Ovaj prelijepi novi stan se nalazi u centru Virovitice u blizini svega što bi moglo zanimati vas i vaše suputnike. Pogled sa prostranog balkona se prostire na samo središte grada. Stan ima sobu, dnevni boravak, king size krevet i trosjed na razvlačenja. Kupaonica je moderno uređena. Grijanje je centralno plinsko, a za hlađenje je ugrađen klima uređaj. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
