The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% linen and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

This newly updated, 1st level, in-law suite, minutes from sound side beaches, and a short (10 min) drive to the ocean aka Graveyard of the Atlantic. This quiet abode is located in a gated community, with basketball & tennis courts, and a waterfront playground. There is also access to a community boat ramp for an additional fee.
