This is our third time staying at Melanie’s place while training at Cooper Black. We’ve already booked our fourth visit! The space is clean, has all the amenities we need, is in a great location, and the host is fabulous.

Fantastic stay! Zay was very friendly and provided detailed instructions. The place was immaculately clean and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Close to downtown area. Would highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!!

This place was everything we was looking for and more for the holidays! Raye was very prompt with any questions we had, and accommodated us beyond measures! I would definitely stay here again, the place is just like the pictures. With way more space than you need, in a very secluded quiet area.

This house was lovely. The decor was warm and inviting with a modern farm house vibe. The kitchen was well stoked with utensils, good pots and pans and storage containers. There was a keurig + k cups, sugar and basic spices. All of the appliances worked well. The linens were pristine and comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful trip at Dr Easterlings home. We are locals and sometimes just need a close place to go with two teen boys and a toddler. The home has a real family feel when you walk on. It has a beautiful view and huge amounts of space for your family. Check in was super easy, friendly communications with our host and simple checkout instructions. I am so confused of the other reviews on here, guess some people just complain to complain. my family and I will definitely be staying here again soon. thanks for every Dr Easterling

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The space was everything and more as advertised. This space was extremely clean, spacious with great accommodations including an outdoor patio area for kicking back. The home was well stocked with the basics! Coffee/Tea/waters/cleaning supplies/laundry area/cooking/baking utensils. The host was quick to respond to any questions asked during our stay, it really felt like home. We’re already looking forward to booking again when we come down again to visit family. Melanie was a great host and the property was perfect for our needs. Melanie was always very responsive when we had questions and always informed us if someone (internet service) neeeded to access the property and gave us plenty of notice to make arrangements. Check-in was easy and the "welcome letter" was very informative about the property and surrounding area. We would definitely book this property and with Melanie again.

It was clean, cute, comfy, quiet and safe. It is convenient to so much shopping and restaurants. I was there on personal business so I didn't enjoy the area as much as I would of liked but it served my need for quiet and peace. I happened to meet Brian as I arrived and he was very pleasant. Emails were answered quickly. My pet liked it too!! I would definitely check availability when I'm in the area.

I’ve never stayed at a Airbnb before, usually it’s a hotel etc. But I was extremely impressed with this location. It had everything that was needed. The host Crystal was very accommodating & friendly. I will definitely book with her the next time I’m in town with my family. THANKS CRYSTAL

Lovely bungalow in a perfect location for a sweet SC town. We walked into town and uni easily for food and drinks and played pickle ball across the road next to the lake. Hartsville has lots to offer and staying at Pelican house was an excellent spot to explore it and the surrounding area. Host was always very responsive and set everything up for our stay.

Stayed here for a hunting trip and it was everything we needed! Very nice place right on the water!
