Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, ein Freibad und weitere Sportmöglichkeiten.

This light-flooded cozy loft apartment is located in the holiday and wine-growing area of Bergstraße. There are a variety of excursion destinations in the area: Heiligenberg Castle, Felsenmeer, beautiful towns such as Heppenheim, Weinheim and... Many hiking trails and cycling routes are signposted. There are public transport connections to Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Darmstadt with the Mathildenhöhe World Heritage Site. Shops for everyday needs, cafes and restaurants, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance.

A hotspot guarantees good internet. A parking space is on the premises. It is only 200 m to the tram (19 min- > Darmstadt) and in 15 minutes you are at the train station by bus. Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.
