Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, ein Freibad und weitere Sportmöglichkeiten.

With us, you live in a bright, friendly attic apartment that exudes a special flair with a feel-good atmosphere with its high-quality wooden floors. The apartment consists of two bedrooms/, a living room, a small kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Whether you come to us as a family, friends, couple, peace and quiet or colleagues, I prepare the rooms as comfortably as possible. If you come with 5 people, a person sleeps in the residential area, but also comfortably with a good mattress.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.

Large living room, dining area with kitchen on the ground floor , guest toilet, spacious storage room with washing machine. 2 bedrooms and bathroom with large corner bath and natural light on the upper floor. Overall, there is plenty of storage space throughout the house.

Beautiful apartment centrally located in Pfungstadt

Our apartment is super centrally located in Pfungstadt. It has a small kitchen , a chic bathroom with walk-in shower , a bedroom and a living room with dining area and a cozy couch/sofa bed. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable as sleeping options for another person or 1-2 children. The large round table in the living room can also be used as a workplace. The hallway is used as a passage to the upper apartment.

In the middle of the Rhine-Main area, (almost) surrounded by greenery

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.

We offer our guests a cozy bedroom, a toilet (without shower!), and a spacious kitchen in our office. Monday to Friday between 8 am and 7 pm we share the toilet and kitchen with our guests! Outside of these times, our guests can enjoy their privacy.
