The sleeping areas, located in the attic, with panoramic view on the Seine river. Comfortable, cosy, elegant ambiance for this beautifully done-up nest, fully renovated in Spring 20232.

15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
