Le stationnement devant dans la rue est gratuit. le logement dispose d un salon de jardin un jardin et une terrasse. Le logement dispose d une télévision, du wifi, de la climatisation, d une kitchenette avec deux plaques vitrocéramique, un micro ondes, une bouilloire, une cafetière Senseo, un réfrigérateur. la salle de bain dispose d'un lavabo, d'un toilette et d une douche à l'italienne.

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
