Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Beautiful thatched house for six people. Three bedrooms furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and sauna to relax on the top floor. Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.
