We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely, spacious home with high-quality bedding and a great location near the clubhouse. Only downside was the low shower pressure, but overall a comfortable stay.

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. Place had great parking space. Environment was peaceful and very windy. Place was worth what I paid for. Functional and comfortable. Babalik at babalik!!!

The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. They made sure our requests and needs are provided. We’ll definitely recommend and book again. Just a little hiccup during the check in (but not the hosts’ fault). The receptionist had some confusion with the names, but the host were so responsive that the issues were addressed in no time.

A great place to stay in the BGC Area because a lot of good stores are close by. Good for a family stay and the entertainment section makes fun bonding moments.

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. The hosts are very accommodating, i love the vibe of the condo unit, it’s very homey. The place is walkable to landmarks as expected, theres free toiletries, sheets and other stuffs, they have a table and chairs at the balcony wherein we enjoyed while having breakfast/meryenda. Thank you! 💓
