Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

This private entrance, NOT shared, spacious open plan apartment includes a king bed, sofa, dining area, work space, plus a private full bathroom. The living space is located on the 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There are 15 stair steps between the 2 levels. The property is located 1-1/2 miles from downtown Mocksville and Interstate 40. Travel time is 25 mins to Winston-Salem & Wake Forest University, 22 mins to downtown Statesville, & 24 mins to Salisbury.

A quiet getaway at our family farmhouse built in 1951 and totally updated in 2021. Enjoy solitude with a queen size bedroom, sleeper sofa for two, 2 oversized twin beds 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, den & dining. Not handicap accessible. Family owned & operated on 23 acres with quick access to Interstate 40. (Yadkinville Mocksville Advance Clemmons Greensboro Mt Airy Dobson High Point Winston Salem Statesville & Charlotte) Parties or events not allowed in the farmhouse.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!
