Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Fully equipped and independent STUDIO

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Located in a cul-de-sac, the environment is quiet, moreover the accommodation is surrounded by a small private and enclosed garden. In summer you can enjoy the garden table. The studio is composed of one room with a bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a separate shower room. The accommodation is new. Linens and towels are included. For 2 people who each want a bed, the extra charge is 10 euros. Breakfast can be offered in the room.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

My accommodation is close to the city center (all shops, restaurants, cinema...), beach 2 km away, family-friendly activities. You'll appreciate my place for its comfort and amenities. Suitable for couples, solo travellers or business travellers. The neighborhood is quiet. Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

P'tit Epona: Cozy cottage on the Plateau de Millevache

🌿 Welcome to P'tit Epona A warm cocoon nestled in the peaceful hamlet of La Sagne, in Corrèze. Here, you can enjoy the absolute calm and beauty of nature to really unwind. The cottage combines authenticity (stone house, glazed insert, intimate terrace) and modern comfort (WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer). It is the perfect refuge for a relaxing stop on the road or an extended stay in the heart of nature.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
