Entire apartment with private entrance, patio and parking. Located in Willamette Valley, heart of Pinot Noir wine country. A very short drive to Stoller Winery, Durant Farm, Domaine Serene, and Domaine Drouhin-all with great wine and spectacular views. Our property includes a hazelnut orchard of 2,200 trees, a large pond with floating dock and kayaks, and nicely landscaped areas surrounding the home and apartment.
