Beautiful country setting located in Southern Iowa and only 5 miles from town. And minutes from Little River Lake if you enjoy fishing, boating or swimming. Hunting in Southern Iowa is a popular past time for many. We have a small cute 2 bedroom home available for you to relax and get out of the city. Leon has a grocery store, Dollar store, Caseys, and a Ice Cream Shop with sandwiches and other food available along with shopping in the back. Then right next door is another little cafe.

The perfect solution to your hunting trip. Our two bedroom home features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a flexible bedroom with twin beds, a comfortable sleeper sofa and recliner. The open kitchen is a perfect gathering place for early morning coffee and breakfast before heading out to hunt. The house has parking in front, a yard in back with a fire pit and patios. A washer and dryer are on site. Your host will meet you on your arrival and is there to assist during your stay.

Country setting located just 2 miles W of Leon and less than a mile from Little River Lake. This newly remodeled house features a spacious, full kitchen, dining area with a 10 person farmhouse table, living room with 3 full couches , one of which doubles as a queen size bed. There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Relax with the whole family in this cute cozy house. The house sits on a large corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 3 single beds. Even a toy room for the little ones. Relax in one of the 4 recliners and watch a movie on the big screen tv. Plenty of room to park the boats, electric for charging available and a fish cleaning table is available. The Cozy Cottage

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
