As others have stated the beautiful view is even better than the photos. The host was great. Highly recommend but car is essential. The town was crazy crowed on a holiday weekend. It was nice to retreat to the unit.

Great Great View and location . Just stay here and go to the hundreds of beaches around Sivota. Just avoid the beach at the port . if you r looking for a relaxing place and quite village , Plataria is one of the best .

Stergios and his parents are great people. The house very spacious in a nice location , very warm with everything we needed, comfortable beds and because we have three young children enjoyed it very much as well as the crib outside. We look forward to going again!

Donatella was an amazing host! Her cottage is beautiful and only walking distance to some beautiful beaches and restaurant! I would definitely come back.

The house was spotless clean and functional. We didn't miss anything. Especially in terms of heating, even though it snowed all the days of our stay, we didn't understand cold at all.

Great place and great people. The house was really spacious and Anna had thought of every detail and we didn`t have to worry about anything. It was just a 5 minute drive from the city of Igoumenitsa and within 20 minutes you could be in any of the beautiful beaches around the area or in the cities near Igoumenitsa. Great choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the great beaches the area offers.

The place is lovely, super quiet and a massive garden to relax in. It's very pretty. The stay was very very nice and we'd head back in a heartbeat. Some things to be aware of just in advance which will make your stay the best it can be: the location on the map is slightly different to where it actually is. Not too far out but enough so it is tricky to walk. Secondly, unless you plan to just visit the town and one of the small beaches, then you 100% need a car. It is actually a little waste not to rent a car as the beaches on Paxos are unreal! But do add this into your planning. Rania was very sweet and she'd also stocked the place nicely upon arrival which was a nice touch. Whether you are a two or a four, you'll have plenty of space. It really is a beautiful place.

It was raining the week we stayed, so we ended up spending more time in the AirBnB than we normally would have--and we were so grateful to be staying in such a wonderful apartment! The space was better than the pictures showed--very thoughtfully designed and beautiful attention to detail. This was clearly a loving renovation of this amazing historic building. We enjoyed looking out the windows right at the water and the boats, and walking out the door right into the main promenade of the island. One night the club downstairs was a bit loud, but the windows were fantastic and blocked out all the noise. Our only complaint was that the showers were quite small--but that is very common in this part of the world as water is precious, and we Americans are used to much bigger showers. Evangeli was very welcoming at check in, and was so helpful throughout our stay with recommendations for things to do, and proactively reached out to make sure things were going well. We would stay here again!

Clean, cozy apartment, despite the fact that it is a penthouse, with all amenities, and private parking in the center of Trikala. What else can you ask for?

beautiful apartment in quiet residential area. Kitchen well equipped. not far from Supermarket in one direction and the beaching the other. Panios assisted very quickly when we needed help I would highly recommend this place and would go again

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

Amazing place and house. Maria and her family are warm and great people. The house is big and with a lot of space. Place is quite and close to the thermal baths. We didn't have any issue, really. The house is really beauty and cute, you have everything that you need. We loved having coffee in the garden, which is clean, good arranged and relaxing. For sure we will come back at that house. Love it! Thanks a lot!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It's much better than the photos. The house is complete, with everything you need to spend several days. With a 20-minute walk you are at the port surrounded by restaurants. Beaches and overlooks are also nearby. Bed linen and towels are extremely clean and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend it as well. It has a place to leave the car and has good Wi-Fi

A sincere thank you to George for our wonderful stay at Villa 3 Dimitri Houses, this is a two bedroomed private villa on its own view a wonderful sea view and patio that you are able to sit out on an evening and watch the sun go down. The photos are just like the real thing with bikes, kayaks, sun lounges provided. The Villa was immaculately clean and well equipped. George left us water,coffee, eggs, butter, first aid kit, mosquitto burners, bbq coals, shampoo and shower gel which was a lovely touch but best of all the absolutely delicious Dimitri Wine - We tried the white and the red and our favourite was the light red! The area is close to the old salt lake nature reserve, walking distance to a beach bar and a short drive to Lefkimmi and restaurants with a beautiful canal and also the port for boat trips to Paxos and Antipaxos. George is an amazing friendly host who really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay and to make sure you are happy with everything. Loved every minute

Our stay at the place was a great experience!!! The house was super clean and tidy, fully functional and fully equipped. There was always space for parking, without any hassle. Our host was very welcoming, considerate, and gave us helpful instructions. In general, I appreciate that our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the house for anyone who wants to enjoy the area , without the hustle and bustle of more central homes.

the house is beautiful, it design very special and in tradition way, The owner was very generous regarding food and drinks that they left for us. We felt that they really want us to enjoy our stay in their house. The village is beautiful and the people are friendly. There is a good restaurant near by and mini market. We are highly recommended it.

Villa very modern, clean, private, had everything we needed, spacious with wonderful views. Great location if you want to explore local area and beyond, with some great beaches nearby. Hubert is a great host, clear instructions on where to meet when we got there, always attentive if we needed anything and happy to provide any recommendations on where to eat/visit. Would highly recommend the Villa, especially with Hubert making it a great holiday.
