19th century mansion surrounded by a 1 hectare enclosed park with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated by combining the charm of the old and modern comforts. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. We have another house with a total capacity of 12 people located 3 kilometers away. You can also find it on Airbnb ("17th century farmhouse" in Cressy-sur-Somme).

Dear future guests, Welcome to our duplex apartment! (Air-conditioned) Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made according to my tastes (2nd floor) Nestled just a 15-minute walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you an outstanding experience if you're looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note, there is a beam in the bedroom at a height of 1.70 m.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

"Like a holiday atmosphere..." Villa with swimming pool, spa and veranda. Its wooded garden and veranda give it a country feel while being close to shops. From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September.
