Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. My place is close to Stamford & Burghley House about 10 mins away. Off the A47 close to Wansford and the A1 . Its also close to Peterborough & Corby . 12 mins away. September come & relax. You can walk toFineshade woods and Rockingham Forest & the village of Kingscliffe ,straight from the farm . Lots of room for dogs & a secure garden at the back . The walking, biking is all off road. It has fantastic views and brilliant sunsets. The accommodation is all single story with spacious rooms.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. This apartment is a stones throw away to the gorgeous town centre, with markets every Friday, great places to eat and drink and some really cute little shops. A quick 10 minute drive to another Market Town of Oakham and not far from Rutland Water where you can enjoy some beautiful scenic walks. The apartment offers an allocated parking space and communal paved garden.
