Shubhankar was very friendly and helpful. We also rented a scooty from him for a reasonable price. His place is beautiful and spacious. I love how he has put extra effort into minute details. I would love to visit this place again.

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. it's was a very nice experience for us. the location was superb, and the rooms were clean and comfy, the staff were helpful and very well natured. the food was good but high priced and limited options were there, besides that the overall stay was great.

Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay

Helpful host, property was even better than the pictures and the location was easy to find , the host is always at your service with whatever you need. would love to stay here for my next trip to Dehra.
