Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes, you can relax with a view of the mountains. Here you can breathe in peace, nature and country air to the fullest. At the same time, we are easily accessible by car (between A8 + A95, 10-15 min.) and ideally located for trips to Munich (30-35 min. Center + Exhibition Center), to the foothills of the Alps or to the 5 lakes (each 30-45 min.). The FlexBus runs once an hour (approx. 6 am - 10 pm) to/from Deisenhofen (S3) - only with advance registration via MVV Munich Web or app.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 26 qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist für 1 Person (höchstens 2) zu vermieten. Sie ist mit einer neuen Küche, Smart-TV, Bett 1,40 m ausgestattet. Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

Unser Holzhaus – natürlich wohnen und wohlfühlen Im Sommer 2021 wurde unser Holzhaus fertiggestellt. Der Naturstoff Holz prägt nicht nur die Fassade, den Boden und die Decke – er erfüllt das ganze Haus mit seinem angenehmen Duft und schafft ein einzigartiges Wohngefühl. Das Haus wurde in Passivbauweise errichtet: Im Sommer halten die massiven Wände die Hitze draußen, im Winter bleibt es angenehm warm und behaglich. Tretet ein, atmet tief durch und genießt die Ruhe dieser besonderen Lage.

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.
