Das Haus liegt auf einem Obsthof, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft, umgeben von Obstplantagen und Natur. Gleich vor der Haustür beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet - ideal für Spaziergänge und Naturgenuss. Die Binnenelbe befindet sich direkt hinter dem Deich, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Sie Ruhe, frische Luft die Nähe zur Landwirtschaft - ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Entspannen.

“Oasis” vacation home with sauna, very idyllic

Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

The cozy country house apartment is freshly renovated. With attention to detail, a cozy retreat for travelers in the Altes Land was created. New real wood parquet and Italian floor tiles meet the historic beams of the farmhouse here. The farm has direct access to a beautiful country road along the orchards. Especially in the flowering season, it is ideal for extensive cycling tours along the fruit trees. The nearby Elbe also creates a maritime flair.

Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Das Reihenendhaus liegt im Dorfkern und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt mittig zwischen Bremen, Hamburg und Cuxhaven. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert! Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
