Private entrance, private parking (no need to park on the street), private bathroom, kitchenette, 2 bikes and beach equipment. Cozy, it has everything you need to have a restful night's sleep. You’ll love my place because of Location, Location, Location. This place is good for solo adventurers, or a business traveler.

You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.
