Private suite vacation rentals in Delaware Bay

This is the third or fourth stay at Diane’s, it’s 5 minutes away from my son’s place. Perfect for what I need it for.

It is always a pleasure to stay in this unit. Walkable to The Avenue. Close to the highway and public transportation. Quiet and comfortable. An off street parking space is a huge plus! You won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect—walking distance to the University of Delaware campus. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We loved every bit of it. The place and surrounding area was amazing and very peaceful, friendly as well. The apartment was just right for the time we spent. Just all in all I would absolutely go back and rent again from him absolutely fantastic .🤗🤗🤗

My husband and I along with our dog Cash had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jen's place. It was very spacious and the view was spectacular. The fenced in yard was great for our dog who loved meeting and playing with their dog. Tom and Jen chatted with us when we first arrived and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we really enjoyed taking our dog for walks during our visit. Everything was perfect! We would love to stay there again next time we're in Chestertown.

Cal and Colleen are very friendly, hospitable, and a goldmine of local information. The suite was well equipped and comfortable with a roomy sitting room and great outdoor space.

Going to Serene Garden Cottage or "Mary's Place" is my happy place. Mary is an awesome host and I can feel my stress disappear when I walk in the front door. Everything about it is perfect and I always book the next visit before leaving...

We had a great time at Jordans place! It was cute, cozy, and just what we needed for the weekend! Would deffinatly stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the homestead. The home was possibly the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in - well-appointed, very tidy and cozy. We all slept great, and enjoyed coffee on the side deck watching the sun come up in the morning. The fresh-baked bread was such a nice treat. Barbie and Aaron were kind and gracious hosts who took the time to show us their horse and garden. Our daughters loved it. We hope to visit again - thank you!

We had an amazing time at Rhonda’s! Although it was a rainy weekend, there was still so much to do around the area and in the suite. Everything we needed (and more) was readily available for us. The suite was spacious, private and clean. Directions were very clear, making check-in a smooth process. Look forward to returning sometime this summer!

The place was great and amazing for the price. We were staying at my parents nearby for a week , and was perfect place for our small family, Thanks again it was very clean and homey.

Lovely, quiet, and serene place to stay. Quiet and super clean. Bobbie was quick to respond and helpful, even had free snacks, water bottles, toothbrush available for use if necessary. i would gladly stay here again.

This is my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. Very quiet and comfortable space with thoughtful touches like the water filter and bedside phone chargers.

We really enjoyed the place, very comfortable. The hosts made this place cute and provided all the things you need during the stay. We enjoyed very much and would definitely like to stay again if around the area. The town itself is nice too, we took a walk at a nearby trail and the downtown area. Highly recommend this place!

This apartment served us well for our visit to the area, conveniently located midway between all our local destinations. We found it easily using the clear and complete directions. It matches the description and photos in the listing. I appreciated that it faces away from the street so I heard no traffic. The host is friendly and readily accessible to help and answer questions.

Alison’s place was perfect for us. Very spacious, very clean, perfectly located for us. Alison was also one of the most responsive, thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. If we return to the area, we will stay there again.

Li and her husband noticed I didn’t leave my room for the weekend, they checked in on me to make sure everything was ok. I was feeling under the weather and the next day, Li bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers which really brightened my day! Her husband, Dr. Zhang carried all of my bags & groceries to my room every single time he saw me pull in the drive. He also gave me root vegetables that he pulled right out of his garden. They checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. We even played ping-pong together, which was really fun! My daughter came to visit and they had lovely conversation. I actually enjoyed my stay so much that I booked their other long-term listing for a month! Best and kindest hosts I’ve ever encountered… their home IS YOUR HOME! Would give them 10 stars if I had the option! Thank you both for your kindness and generosity!!!

Perfect place to stay for my mom and I visiting Lancaster. Super cute and clean! Close to downtown Lancaster and lots of restaurants.

This was our second stay at Kathy’s beautiful vacation rental. We were super excited to see a new gate and archway into the space with hanging flowering baskets on the deck and everything we could possibly need inside! We stayed a week this time and it was timeless as we walked everywhere because this location is absolutely perfect! Kathy was able to offer us an early check in (we took advantage of that!) and she is always super communicative. Did I mention the king sized bed? Perfection!! We slept so well too….We are so grateful we found our perfect get away spot in Rehoboth Beach and will be back later this year. Thanks Kathy for everything!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was we were given the wrong code to unlock the door. We called and they had someone provide the correct code in a short amount of time.

We stayed at James’ place while in town for a family function. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed! Everything was very clean. James provided extra items when requested and we were able to do a load of laundry too! The location is beautiful and extra bonus for all of the eco friendly touches.
