Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Delaware County

This place was perfect for our baseball family, under 20 min away from the new Jennings Sports Park. Kitchen had everything we needed. Jodi thought of many extras to keep around the house! Bed linens were awesome and flexible check out was much appreciated! Very easy to-do list upon leaving as well. Will definitely be back if we play in the area again.

Very nice location, quiet and easy find

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ryan Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcomed. The House was exactly as described and even better in person. It was clean stylish, and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed to host our family Christmas party. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful but still close to awesome shopping and eating areas. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay. I will definitely be booking again with Ryan!

My friends and I stayed gear for a graduation and this home had more than enough space for us. Everything was clean, built for fun, quiet neighborhood, and it just checked all of the boxes. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, the Christian decor was great! Definitely a great place to stay. Enjoyed a couple rounds at the pool table☺️.

This place was a great find! We were getting together for the holidays with our family - 3 couples and a baby. The house is super easy to find near the highway. The layout works for family or for friends, and has everything you need for kids and adults. Nice perks included shower products, good mugs, and blankets for relaxing on the L-couch! Having a table in the sunroom meant games could stay set up during meals. We also liked the convenient, yet pretty quiet location, and the great local recommendations. In winter, we didn't do much outdoors, but it is a lovely area. The two bedrooms (and bathroom) upstairs are indeed up steep stairs, but we put the family with the baby downstairs. Upper rooms are on the small side, but beds are comfortable and there's space on the landing too. The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and utensils to make it possible to make good meals - there were some essential spices already there, too. A great stay with a terrific host!

We have stayed there twice now and again next year. All our family lives in the area, but I reside in Texas. So, we use Megan's home to celebrate family x-mas, and it feels like home with all the decorations. The only negative is my home in Texas is sunny and 80 degrees during the holidays and Ohio is freezing outside. However, Megan's home as a great fireplace!!

Absolutely loved the spot. Great location for an OWU alumni to take trip down memory lane. The apartment was super comfy. And the hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend!

It was beautiful and cozy with huge areas, it was clean and very peaceful. The bed were amazing and the decor was beautiful. The host was amazing and understanding and really easy to talk to.

Great place to stay. Ideally located near restaurants, cafes, and shops. Also close to campus. Very clean, actually had an iron, and the bed was comfy. Will stay there next time I’m in town for an OWU alumni event.

The location was perfect for us since we are building a home nearby. We can't wait to be neighbors, living our best rural life. Terri has been very responsive and the place is comfortable and private, with incredible sunsets over the pond. Our days have been focused on getting our property cleared, so not much time for anything else, but hopefully one of these days we'll get to spend time exploring their farm, as we will definitely be back! I enjoyed my stay at the Carriage Cottage. The apartment is in a great location. It is walking distance to shops and restuarants, but it was also really quiet. The apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is roomy and there is a great shower and lots of hot water. The living room has comfy furniture. I liked that there were lots of lamps and lights so I could adjust the light the way I wanted it, and there were plenty of windows when I wanted to let in the light from outside in the morning. I also appreciated that there is parking in the back right next to the entry door. It made loading and unloading really easy. The host was great at communicating. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed Bethany's place as it was within 10 minutes to where my work meetings were and 2 minutes from lots of great restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. clean and free of clutter, comfortable beds and a very responsive host. Thank you for the great stay I will definitely stay again should work bring me back.

This place was a steal! Great location and walkable to everywhere. The space itself was clean and spacious, with many amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a short but great stay at Mark’s place while attending a conference—literally right across the street, which made it incredibly convenient. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mark was an excellent host—responsive, provided detailed check-in instructions with photos, and was very accommodating to our requests. The location is fantastic, with tons of great restaurants and a wonderful market just steps away. As noted in the listing, the unit is located above a restaurant and bar. If you enter through the back, you’ll even pass the kitchen. Because of this, music and noise can be heard until about 2 a.m. when the bar closes. Being on the 4th floor helps reduce the volume, but it’s still noticeable—especially for light sleepers. That said, Mark thoughtfully provides earplugs and white noise machines, which helped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return if we're back in the area!

Columbus is not that far from our home, but we decided we wanted to make our concert date into an overnight adventure. Tara’s condo was the perfect solution. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the front balcony overlooking the street, and the back balcony offered a quiet respite. Best of all, the place came with a designated parking place. We walked to pick up the pizza and fish we ordered for dinner; there were lots of nearby eating options. We Ubered to the Mershon Auditorium, and then we walked back to the condo (less than a mile and a half) on a beautiful Columbus spring night. It was great to relax and sleep in a bit the next morning before heading home. Thanks, Tara! We appreciate your hospitality and hope to visit again.
